I went to the airport today and got my bags! They would have sent it to me, but I am dumb and didn't do much of anything right at the airport. Oh well, I got it now.
I went on a long walk yesterday. I went up to Varosliget (City Park) and then made my way into the trainyard accidentally. I took some pictures of the old abandoned trains, and then got yelled at in Hungarian. They asked me if I knew Hungarian, I said no, they asked me if I spoke Spanish, then Italian, then French. They knew tons of languages, but not English. So he let out a big sigh, and said "No picture. At station, picture. Here, no picture." And sent me on my way. I bought some oranges, and they were delicious! Halcyon and Jon are very nice, we've made pizza together and they took me with them to the grocery store.
I miss home. "Blame It On The Rain" keeps going through my head, and makes me think of singing it at DMRK. Anyway, thats all for now. I miss everyone.

Dear Joe -
I'm sitting here with Grandpa and typing his message to you for him but he is at a loss for words right now (go figure) but he does feel that it is wonderful that we can communicate through this dumb machine. He's enjoying reading your messages that you have left so far.
Anyway, he wishes you peace and love and so do I.
We will continue to check-in for updates and we will continue to write messages to you.
Love and Like You -
Gpa and Aunt Jane
Hi Joe
I can relate - I remember the adventure of living away from home and familiar and the feeling of such distance sometimes. Like the way we can have a sharp focus or soft?...it was like, we're all on the same planet and see the same sun and moon and we all eat and breathe, yet that sense of vastness between continents can be sort of overwhelming, eh? At least now there is internet and reasonable priced telephoning available...but I get that feeling even here in the States....this is what the proverbial they mean by development of character, eh?!
I enjoy reading your experiences/perspective and I have to remind you that you are not dumb - this is how anyone learns...
Oh wait, I'm not your Mom...(~*~)I'll just say hey for now - can't wait to read more...love the picture, btw...hope you have a fun weekend!
